KICKS & TEES by H2O, piloted the Summer of 2019, is our new arts entrepreneurship program aimed at teaching youth the fundamental skills needed to create clothing and accessories with their own original designs. Our students work together to create a company, design a logo, develop the brand and slogan, and work to create a garment. We also offer the opportunity to students to refurbish, design, and paint their lightly to moderately worn sneakers.  We incorporate music and media along with this project as well, as the students will create music and a commercial featuring their product. Students learn the processes and perform the tasks required to create the product. Students learn to make executive decisions on behalf of the company and delegate roles in the production of the media campaign.
